Nick is a very friendly and hard-working
36 year old Australian who has been living in Granada for many years
and has been cooking for families in their private holiday accommodations
around the world since 1996.
He attended the most renowned Swiss-run Hotel
Management School in Australia some years ago and since then has
worked in hotels in Australia, Canada and England. He has spent
one year cooking in a private chalet in the French Alps and also
six months in a beautiful lakeside restaurant in Annecy in the French
Alps. He enjoys using local ingredients and is always learning new
leads a very active life and greatly enjoys delicious food, travel,
paragliding, skiing, snowboarding, mountain-biking, rock
climbing, mountain-walking and working in his vegetable garden.
